Tamecka McKay, Chief Information Officer for the City of Fort Lauderdale, is an industry certified IT professional with over 23 years of experience. She holds a master’s degree in public administration, a bachelor’s degree in technology management, dual associate degrees in Psychology and Computer Information Systems (with honors) and currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Public Administration at Nova Southeastern University. Proudly serving the great City of Fort Lauderdale, Tamecka oversees the City’s entire Technology Infrastructure and Digital Services, including mission critical Public Safety Communications.
DAMA South Florida is a chapter of DAMA International, a non-profit, vendor-independent, global association of technical and business professionals dedicated to advancing the concepts and practices of information and data management.
